Support

It’s ok to not be ok- let us help you find the help you need

University can be an exciting and happy time, but it can also bring with it stress and challenge. There may be a range of issues that affect your life and studies whilst at university or back at home. At both Keele and Staffordshire, there are multi-disciplinary teams available to offer support for a wide range of issues, including those who are currently experiencing low mood, mental health problems, or psychological or emotional issues. This includes the following: welfare/wellbeing advice, money/financial support, support for vulnerable groups (e.g. care leavers and estranged students), international student support, residence support, disability support, counselling and mental health support, peer support, faith and chaplaincy, students’ union support and staff support.

See below what can be accessed both at university, and externally.
